Spend time this holiday season with those whom you cherish most while making traditional tamales.

You'll prepare two varieties of tamales in class: braised chicken and corn & cotija cheese. There will be a demonstration on how to make salsa verde and salsa rojo for flavoring the fillings and dipping the final product. You'll get to choose which sauce you want to pair with your fillings.
