Refunds
- Class Registrations cannot be refunded after 48 hours before the start of any respective class or event.
- In the event that a student presents symptoms of a potentially contagious illness in class, they may be asked to leave. A credit of the ticket price minus a 20% ingredient fee may be given. If you or a guest are feeling ill, please contact us immediately at 414-617-2961

Disclaimer
Class ingredients may contain or come into contact with wheat, eggs, nuts and milk. We cannot guarantee that ingredients are free of common allergens.

Alterations to recipes in accommodation of dietary restrictions such as food allergies, aversions, etc. must be approved by Sage Harvest management at least 48 hours prior to the start of class. Changes to ingredient list or recipe cannot be made the day of class.
Please wear comfortable closed-toe shoes and be sure to pull back and secure long hair. No sleeveless shirts or tank-tops.
All participants are required to have a signed waiver before they can be admitted to class.
Sage Harvest reserves the right to cancel any class due to emergency situations, including severe weather, force majeure, etc.
In the event of severe weather, we will attempt to notify participants 4 hours in advance of class cancellation.
If you wish to cancel your registration, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to class/ event start time to receive a full refund. Failure to do so will result in a full forfeiture of registration fees.
You may send a substitute if you cannot make a class. Class registrations are not transferrable to other classes or events after 48 hours prior to original start time.
Single subject classes are 45min. - 1.5 hours in length, unless otherwise noted.
Multi-subject classes are 2 – 2.5 hours in length, unless otherwise noted.
You will be actively cooking and preparing food for most of the class.
Students are typically grouped into teams of two.
Hands-on classes are limited to 24 students, but additional seats may be added for students to cook in our production kitchen if an additional chef is available to teach.
Seating is guaranteed, but is first-come, first-served. Check-in starts 30 minutes before the start of class at our host/hostess stand.
Menu is subject to slight changes.
Pricing is per-person and inclusive of service, but exclusive of sales tax and optional gratuity.
Menu and wines are subject to slight change.
Payment is required at time of registration.
Alcohol consumption
All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
Waitlist
We recommend signing up to be placed on our waitlist if a class is sold out. In the event of a cancellation, those on the wait list will be notified via phone in order of placement on waitlist, and then by email if spaces have not been filled over the phone. Waitlist spaces will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
