Heading into the cold winter months, nothing can warm the spirit better than some traditional German comfort food. We'll pound fresh cutlets of pork nice and thin for breading and preparing Schweinenschitzel before mixing our own batter for Spaetzle and running it through a spaetzle board to cook the perfect little dumplings in this multi-subject, hands-on cooking class.
