This is an in-person, hands-on baking class taking place downtown Milwaukee
Get swept into a spiral of delicious flavor with this sweet class that unravels the secrets of one of the world’s most beloved pastries. We'll teach you the best methods for rolling, cutting, proofing, and baking these sweet treats. With cream cheese-mascarpone frosted cinnamon swirl sweet buns, your taste buds will sing a tune so sweet you'll actually want to share with others as a point of pride. Making these cinnamon rolls is a two day process as they need to rest in your refrigerator overnight. So plan accordingly and enjoy the fruits of your labor the next morning. In class, you'll see a demonstration on making the dough before you get to roll your own and take them home for proofing and baking. Each student will leave with their own dozen. Life doesn't get sweeter than this!
