Gather around the hearth and learn the ancient art of bread making in this multi-subject baking class. Chef Erin will teach you how to create two amazing bread doughs. You'll form, proof, and bake your own baguette to take home. There will be a demonstration on forming the dough, makeup, proofing, and baking an artisan sour dough boule before you make your own sour dough starter to take home so you can continue the journey on your own. We'll sample the sour dough with jams and chutney while discussing the science of leavening, gluten development, and a whole lot more.
